These terms apply when you purchase Dr Alex George's brand course and community (the "Course"). By purchasing, you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. We have tried to keep them in plain English.
Who you are buying from
The Course is sold by Newgale Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13380292), with its registered office at C/O Principle Accounting Limited, Ribble Court, 1 Mead Way, Shuttleworth Mead Business Park, Padiham, Lancashire, BB12 7NG. Newgale Limited is the company through which Dr Alex George runs his business, so it may be Newgale's name you see at checkout and on your bank statement. What you are buying
The Course is an online brand-building course made up of six modules of video lessons with accompanying downloadable resources, plus six months' access to a private online community hosted on Circle. Your community access starts on the date of purchase.
The first two modules and the community are available as soon as you join. The remaining modules are released in stages over the following two weeks, so the full Course is available to you within two weeks of 28 September 2026.
You will have access to the Course materials for as long as the Course remains available, and in any event for at least 12 months from purchase. After your included six months of community access, you may be offered the option to continue in the community; any continuation and its pricing will be communicated to you separately and is not part of this purchase.
Price and payment
The price is as shown on the course page at the time you buy, and includes VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout.
If you choose the payment plan, you pay two instalments of £205 (a total of £410 including VAT). The first is taken at checkout and the second 30 days later. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again and contact you; if it remains unpaid, we may suspend your access to the Course and community until it is settled.
Access, refunds and cancellation
Immediate access. Because the Course is digital content and you get access as soon as you buy, at checkout you consent to us supplying it immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our 14-day guarantee. Instead, we offer our own guarantee: if the Course is not right for you, email us at dralex@dralexgeorge.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will refund what you have paid in full, and cancel any remaining payment plan instalments. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the Course is faulty or not as described.
Your account and the community
Your access is personal to you. Please do not share your login or the Course materials with anyone else. In the community, we ask everyone to be respectful and constructive. We may remove content or suspend or remove a member's community access if their behaviour is abusive, harmful to others, or promotional spam. If we remove you for a serious breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Intellectual property
All Course materials, including videos, workbooks and downloads, belong to Newgale Limited or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning and in building your own brand and business. You may not copy, share, sell, publish or teach from them, or use them to create a competing product.
What the Course is, and is not
The Course is educational. It shares Dr Alex George's experience and approach to building a personal brand. It is not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. Your results depend on your own circumstances, effort and decisions, and no specific level of income, audience growth or business success is promised.
Availability
We aim to keep the Course and community available at all times, but occasional downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control (for example, an outage at our hosting platform) may occur. We will fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit or revenue.
Changes
We may update the Course content and these terms from time to time, for example to improve the materials or reflect changes in the law. Changes will not reduce what you have already paid for.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
